Position: Customer Service / Accounts Receivable Representative
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Are you a confident communicator who thrives on the phone and enjoys helping people? We’re looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service / Accounts Receivable Representative to join our high-energy Loan Servicing Call Center in Charlottesville.
In this phone-based role, you’ll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls - including collection calls - while assisting owners with loan questions, payment arrangements, and account maintenance. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a strong, supportive team - we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Assist owners by phone with account questions and payment support
- Make outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts
- Maintain accurate account documentation and records
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Dependability and attention to detail
- Previous call center, collections, or customer service experience a plus
