Now Hiring: Automotive Service Coordinator / Cashier

Location: Solutions Auto Group – Lawton, OK

Position OverviewWe’re hiring an Automotive Service Coordinator / Cashier — a cross-functional position that combines service writing, customer account support, cashiering, and insurance verification. You’ll assist customers with payments, repairs, and insurance updates while helping coordinate service work with our technicians and vendors.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values accuracy, and takes pride in helping customers succeed throughout their lease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, process payments, and post receipts daily.

  • Open and close repair orders (ROs) and document parts purchased and resold.

  • Use ALLDATA or similar programs to confirm labor times and build estimates.

  • Verify and update insurance coverage to maintain compliance.

  • Support collections and service follow-ups, ensuring customers stay successful with their vehicles and accounts.

  • Communicate with customers about repair status, approvals, and next steps.

  • Maintain records and schedules in the Dealership Management System (DMS).

  • Assist the Service Manager and Office Team with daily coordination and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes preferred.

  • Experience with service writing, cashiering, or customer account coordination helpful.

  • Familiar with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) or similar platforms.

  • Organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented.

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
