Fields Jeep is looking for an energetic & detail-oriented individual at our Glenview location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and greet customers professionally in-person & on the phone
  • Service appointment scheduling for customers over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment confirmation 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 
  • Processing payments, invoicing, and other miscellaneous office duties
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
  • Follow-up calls to maintain a high satisfaction rating with guests
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
  • Maintain office supplies

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
  • Hours for this position are Full Time M-F 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. 1 scheduled day off during the week.
  • Rate of pay $18.00
