What You’ll Be Doing
Provide clients with clear, accurate information about their benefit options
Assist with questions related to coverage and available programs
Stay informed on updates to products, services, and company resources
Review client needs to help recommend smart, cost-efficient solutions

Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service or sales
Strong relationship-building skills
