We’re hiring enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our purpose-driven outreach and marketing team. Role Overview: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the public face of the nonprofit campaigns we represent. You’ll engage directly with community members, spark meaningful conversations, and build lasting donor relationships that support impactful causes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofits at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs
Initiate friendly, authentic conversations with the public
Share compelling stories about each nonprofit’s mission
Educate people on ways to support and get involved
Build long-term donor relationships for sustained impact
Collaborate with your team to execute outreach campaigns effectively
