Our team of certified technicians, water care specialists, and customer service representatives excel in providing unparalleled post-purchase assistance, setting a benchmark in the industry.
Overview:
A Customer Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of service at every interaction. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and handling POS sales.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Manage scheduling and appointment coordination
Communicate with internal and external customers via email
Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and purchases
Verify and confirm new spa orders
Process spa warranty claims accurately
Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Process e-store orders promptly
Close and invoice service orders
Review and manage open orders
Process WSC parts requests
Maintain general office cleanliness and organization
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
1-3 years of experience in telephone-based customer service
Strong attention to detail
Ability to efficiently navigate multi-screen CRM systems
Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
Flexible and able to work varying schedules based on business needs
Dependable, motivated, and self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
Strong customer service focus
Technologically savvy with comfort using computers and various software
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00
