In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact and responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience.What your days will look like  Identifies needs of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the customer needs in order to generate revenueHandle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing and billing inquiries on a daily basisCommunicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issuesManage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone or email.Manage customer accounts via proprietary software system  Some non-negotiablesCompetent computer skills including Google Mail Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settingsSome basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.A little about usMosquiti Joe s more than just a company that offers mosquito and outdoor pest control services.
