Customer Service RepresentativeMarsh ElectronicsMilwaukee, WI - HybridMarsh is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to act as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers. This role blends communication, organization, and problem-solving to manage order tracking and reporting tasks effectively.What You’ll Do:

Act as the primary contact for customer needs, concerns, and updates
Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring timely follow-ups
Use Microsoft Excel to create, manage, and analyze reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Identify and help resolve service issues
Support team members and help maintain operational standards

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or support role
Education: Associate’s degree preferred
Core Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, basic pivot tables)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
