We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, solutions-driven Customer Service Representative to help us continue delivering the exceptional experience our customers love.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact Matters)

As the voice of One Clear Choice, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—helping guide them through scheduling, service questions, and product inquiries. You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.

You will:

  • Deliver empathetic, professional support across phone, email, and chat

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls while staying upbeat and organized

  • Accurately schedule appointments and coordinate with our field technicians

  • Research solutions and provide clear, friendly answers to customer questions

  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our systems

  • Spot opportunities to recommend additional services that add value to the customer

  • Work closely with the team to keep jobs moving smoothly

  • Learn our products and services so well that you become a trusted expert

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (home services experience = bonus!)

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Friendly, patient, and positive—especially under pressure

  • Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities

  • Comfort with technology and CRM tools (ServiceTitan experience = plus!)

  • Team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow

  • High school diploma or equivalent
