Job Description
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? Our Silveus Insurance Group, a subsidiary of Risk Strategies Company, is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Agents, ASRs, and Director of Processing.

Your Impact:
Process all incoming/outgoing paperwork from both local and remote agents.
Maintain electronic and physical client files from year to year
Accurately enter and submit policy data in multiple systems, always meeting deadlines.
Support printing and mailing projects with precision and efficiency
Monitor compliance with AIP document requirements.
Communicate regularly and professionally with agents, assistants, and AIP contacts.
Build your knowledge of crop insurance procedures and regulations.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
High school diploma
Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Experience with customer service software and data analysis tools
