Job Description

Our tight-knit team in West Palm Beach is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full-time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met.All of our positions offer industry-competitive compensation and opportunities for career development.More than anything, we’re looking for highly-collaborative and dependable teammates that are driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates with a positive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desire to continuously look for ways to help people
Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.
Efficient time management skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Graphic Design skills and/or print experience is preferred

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services and capabilities; and serve as a key educator.
Confer with customers by telephone, email, or in-person to provide information about products or services, take and enter orders, and collect payment for jobs and services.
Work with other team members to make sure jobs move through our production processes, including coordination and helping with the production of jobs when needed.

Requirements to work on our team:

High School Diploma or equivalent
College degree preferred
Previous experience in the print/custom apparel industries preferred
Class E Drivers License
Eligible to work in the United States
