About the Role:
Join AlphaGraphics SF Mission as a Customer Service Representative in San Francisco, CA! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.  You will also work with current and potential clients to determine project needs and provide estimates for new opportunities.   If you’re passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, providing product information, and resolving issues.
  • Provide estimates using company software. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with production and management to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
  • Arrange delivery for clients when requested.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with computer applications.  Proficiency with either Adobe or Microsoft software a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
