About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll support MediaTree’s key reseller clients—ensuring their gifting programs run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll assist with quotes, timelines, order logistics, and customer inquiries, while providing thoughtful service that builds trust and long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to step into a client-facing, revenue-impacting position over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client needs—responding via email and phone with clarity, care, and professionalism

  • Support MediaTree Account Managers by managing project timelines, preparing quotes, and tracking orders

  • Coordinate across internal teams (production, operations, customer support) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client programs

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Maintain detailed records of client communication, tasks, and updates in HubSpot CRM

  • Build product knowledge to become a trusted resource for clients and a strategic partner to the broader team

  • Proactively share insights, trends, and client feedback to improve the overall customer experience

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account support, or client success (bonus points for promotional products or B2B experience)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—professional, personable, and precise

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Curiosity and drive to understand sales strategy, marketing, and customer lifecycle management

  • Comfort using CRM tools (like HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel

  • A collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a team-oriented environment
