Futura Marketing is hiring a remote Customer Support Associate in Green Bay. This is a part-time position within our distribution team. Weekday daytime shifts only. No experience required — training provided. Pay: $21–$26/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Update order and shipping information
- Resolve delivery issues and delays
- Follow service workflow guidelines
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Maintain accurate support records
- Use internal tools for communication
Requirements:

- Good written English skills
