Job Description
Are you ready to start a career in tech sales? Emergent Executives is looking for energetic individuals to join our AT&T retail marketing team. As a Customer Wireless Representative, you’ll gain valuable experience in customer engagement, sales, and wireless solutions—all while representing one of the most well-known telecom brands.
Day-to-Day Duties:
Greet customers in retail locations and provide expert knowledge on AT&T wireless plans and devices
Educate customers on the value of switching or upgrading with AT&T
Assist with plan activations, device setup, and service enrollment
Track and report sales results and customer feedback to leadership
Collaborate with teammates to improve results and customer experience
Ideal Candidate:
People-first attitude with a willingness to learn
Entry-level – no prior telecom experience needed
Reliable, professional, and motivated by growth
Excellent communication and basic tech knowledge
