Join the Save More Marketplace team as a Cut Fruit Associate! Since 1959, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our community. In this essential role, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging fresh cut fruits for our customers. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cut a variety of fruits while adhering to company quality standards.
- Package cut fruits in a visually appealing manner for display in the store.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages or quality issues to management.
- Assist customers with inquiries about fruit products and make recommendations as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work from 12 PM to 8 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.
