Create interactive, code-based prototypes and modular, reusable design "recipes" that effectively communicate design concepts and implementation details to engineering teams
Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our SaaS products
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to create effective data visualization solutions and user workflows
Integrate AI tools and technologies into the design workflow to enhance productivity and innovation

5+ years of strong experience in HTML and CSS
Significant experience with Tailwind CSS
Working knowledge of JavaScript and React, with the ability to understand and read JS code (e.g., arrays, functions) and its capabilities
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
Solid grasp of industry standard UX heuristics and best practices
Experience designing data visualizations and complex user interfaces
Excellent visual design skills and a strong design aesthetic
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and their implementation
Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications
What you can expect from DTN:
Competitive Salary
