Job Description
Bridge Property Management is looking for a strategic, execution-driven leader to join our team as Vice President of Talent Management. This is a pivotal role for someone who knows property management inside and out, brings deep expertise in learning and development, and is ready to build something impactful from the ground up.
You'll be responsible for shaping and leading the talent development strategy across our property management division-designing high-impact training programs, scaling development, and driving a culture of learning and accountability.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and functionally aligned with the CEO of the division, this person will be the go-to expert on all things talent management-translating business needs into real, measurable learning outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead the division-wide talent strategy aligned with business goals
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to elevate department structure and training operations
- Develop and launch training programs for onboarding, leasing, sales, compliance, and leadership development
- Build role-specific learning paths and scalable frameworks that accelerate readiness and retention
- Partner cross-functionally with Ops, HR, Compliance, and site leaders to ensure alignment
- Use data and KPIs to measure training ROI and communicate results to senior leadership
- Travel to properties quarterly (3-5 days) to connect with teams and assess training in the field
What You'll Need to Bring
- Deep experience in multi-family property management (required)
- 8+ years leading learning & development or talent strategy in a distributed environment
- Comfort with LMS platforms-must be able to jump into any system and lead confidently
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism and sound judgment
- A proven track record designing and scaling impactful training programs across locations
- Leadership presence with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels

- 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
