Key Responsibilities:
Support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
Assist with art projects and classroom activities
Help maintain a calm and positive classroom environment
Float between classrooms as needed to support staff and students
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with children, families, and colleagues
Active listening and adaptability to meet the needs of each classroom
