What will you be doing:
The Senior Director for Clinical Strategy and Product is a visionary leader responsible for driving the strategic integration of clinical expertise into enterprise-wide healthcare solutions focusing on home health and durable medical equipment area. This role bridges clinical practice with business innovation, leading the design, development, commercialization, and deployment of scalable, patient-centered products and services working with clients. The ideal candidate brings deep clinical knowledge, strategic acumen, and a passion for transforming care delivery through innovation and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a track record of leading scalable clinical solutions in home health, infusion, and DME areas with strong financial acumen.
What will you come with:
- Active RN License
- MBA, MHA, or equivalent
- 10 years of operations leadership experience in healthcare, managed care, or TPA environment
- Experience with client implementation and operational onboarding strongly preferred
- Prove track record in enterprise strategy, product development, or healthcare innovation
- Strong understanding of utilization management, medical necessity criteria, and regulatory compliance (e.g., CMS, NCQA, URAC).
- Skilled in workflow design, metric tracking, and performance improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, data dashboards. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
