Spa Supervisor - Hilton Waikoloa Village

The scenic Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for a Spa Supervisor to join The Kohala Spa team. Spanning 62 acres of hawaiian paradise on Hawaii Island, our property sits on the sunny and picturesque Kohala Coast. We have over 241,000 square feet of event space and 3 hotel towers.

Shift Pattern: AM PM

Pay Scale: $26.00

The ideal candidate will have:

1 year of customer service experience and/or spa operation knowledge.

1 year supervisor background.

Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

A spa supervisor provides support and assistance to the manager/director of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in operating the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Participate in marketing, merchandising, and programming.

• Conducting inventory,

• Recording and tracking financial statistics

• Management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating department staff.

• Perform duties of staff positions as needed.
