Job Description
We’re seeking a motivated and self-driven Exterior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a commission-only role for someone who thrives on independence, knows how to hustle, and isn’t afraid to knock on doors or pick up the phone. You’ll be responsible for generating your own leads and closing deals for exterior projects like roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate your own leads (We do supply some)
- Conduct property inspections and identify damage or improvement opportunities
- Educate homeowners on services, including insurance restoration and retail options
- Prepare and present estimates, scopes, and project proposals
- Close sales and manage the client relationship through contract signing
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth job completion
- Represent the company professionally in the field and with customers
Requirements:
- Previous sales or construction experience preferred (but not required)
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect rooftops
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic tech ability (email, CRM apps, smartphone)
