FASTSIGNS #220401 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:
- Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
- Help coordinate all communication across two Fastsigns centers
- Assist the owners in process development and adminstration
- Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings and be directly involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
- Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:
- 1-2 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred but not manditory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more per day)
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to coordinate schedules and attention to detail
