Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company offerings.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing sales teams across multiple regions.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
