Opportunity Overview:

The Recruiter will execute the talent identification, phone screening, interview logistics, candidate evaluation, and employment offer process for permanent hires within our growing organization. We are looking for someone displays high energy, is resourceful, and is proven to be a collaborative team member. This person will be working within a highly engaged in-house HR Team, fully support our managers in their talent search process across the country.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, technical/vocational institutes, and industry networks
• Manage / open roles in the ATS: create requisitions, post jobs, and engage candidates
• Partner with Hiring Managers to execute recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-turnover roles
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews nationwide
• Schedule and manage applicant assessments
• Negotiate and extend offers, and process background checks
• Ensure a smooth handoff from hiring to onboarding
• Support recruitment-related projects and HR efforts

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Collaborative attitude and team player
• Some college level courses a plus
• Minimum intermediate level user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
