What You’ll Do:

  • Serve both internal and external customers with professionalism and a sense of urgency 
  • Manage customer orders and internal parts orders, processing via phone, email, and in person
  • Identify and locate parts using catalogs and digital systems
  • Ensure daily distribution of parts to service technicians
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for the Dock & Door parts department
  • Load and unload trucks, unpack vendor orders, and organize inventory
  • Maintain truck stock for field service techs
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready
  • Obtain credit releases in accordance with company policy
  • Monitor back-order reports and expedite parts as needed to meet deadlines
  • Assist with annual inventory and complete quarterly audits
  • Including all other responsibilities/duties as assigned 

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in parts—ideally in lift trucks or dock & door 
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift moderately heavy items and operate basic office/warehouse equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
