What You’ll Do:
- Serve both internal and external customers with professionalism and a sense of urgency
- Manage customer orders and internal parts orders, processing via phone, email, and in person
- Identify and locate parts using catalogs and digital systems
- Ensure daily distribution of parts to service technicians
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for the Dock & Door parts department
- Load and unload trucks, unpack vendor orders, and organize inventory
- Maintain truck stock for field service techs
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready
- Obtain credit releases in accordance with company policy
- Monitor back-order reports and expedite parts as needed to meet deadlines
- Assist with annual inventory and complete quarterly audits
- Including all other responsibilities/duties as assigned
What You Need:
- 3+ years of experience in parts—ideally in lift trucks or dock & door
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift moderately heavy items and operate basic office/warehouse equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
