Are you a compassionate caregiver with a heart for helping others? Preferred Care at Home of Westchester and Putnam, a family-oriented and supportive home care agency, seeks experienced caregivers to join our growing team!

• Must be willing and able to drive to client locations across Westchester and Putnam Counties.

• Access to a reliable vehicle is a requirement.

 

 

What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of our care team, you’ll provide non-medical support and companionship for seniors and individuals who need help with daily living tasks. Duties include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): companionship, hygiene support, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and more
  
  

• Providing transportation for errands, grocery shopping, and doctor’s appointments
  
  

• Engaging in meaningful activities and conversations
  
  

• Ensuring client privacy and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of home care experience required
  
  

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  
  

• Must be willing to drive to clients in Westchester and Putnam Counties
  
  

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English
  
  

• HHA, PCA, or CNA certification preferred
  
  

• Must currently reside in the U.S.
