Supply Chain Product Fulfillment Manager

Purpose

Under the general supervision of the Director, Procurement and Supply Chain this position is responsible for Management of all 3^rd party SC Product Coordinators and Fulfillment Specialists working in the LivWell Distribution Center (LDC) in support of the LivWell retail stores as well as Management of the Apparel and Accessories Team. This employee will supervise the planning, processing, and tracking of all infused and non-infused products within the company’s guidelines, as well as state government compliance.  This includes, but is not limited to, the management of product receiving, inventory stocking, cross-docking, and daily/weekly compliance support efforts / audits and will collaborate with the Director, Procurement and Supply Chain and key stakeholders to establish and implement policies and procedures while adhering to company and state regulations.

Pay for this role ranges from $60,000 - $65,000

Essential Duties

Inventory Receiving, Cross Docking and Control

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to ensure daily work, productivity, and quality goals are met.  Conduct employee evaluations, coaching, discipline and other documentation as necessary to maintain consistent and successful results.
• Order non-medicated items based on previous sales and current stock
• Execute seasonal department strategies for existing stores as well as new store openings
• Ensure all incoming medicated products are counted and received into the Metrc system daily
• Effective management of assigned employees to ensure proper receiving, inventory stocking and / or crossdocking of medicated and non-medicated product.
• Work and train in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.  Train employees to meet and exceed daily quotas.
• Partner with merchandising operations, visual merchandising, accounting and NAV/CP Support for item creation, maintenance, purchase orders and receiving.
• Manage the reporting of inventory surplus, product returns, and any damaged goods.
• Manage, track, create and report key functional metrics, identify trends and address opportunities and issues.
• Proactively and consistently work to reduce expenses and improve operational effectiveness.
• Manage support of replenishment of inventory in the LDC and all retail location in all states.
• Utilize ERP knowledge and systems as they relate to complex product scheduling and planning.
• Continuously analyze strategies to ensure support plans are achieved by the LDC for the stores. 
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Systems and Data Entry

• Ensure that all Metrc and CounterPoint inputs are performed in a timely manner

 

Audits and Tracking

• Audit and Track product and 90-day shelf stock expiration dates, FIFO, low inventory and receiving by day via CP reports, NAV and Domo.
• Coordinate the redistribution of product in an effort to reduce slow moving inventory.

  Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure 3^rd party LDC effort is in compliance with all company, state and federal regulations.
• Ensure workflow and work procedures have been properly documented in SOP’s, and appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and process integrity.

 Supervision

• Works under the general supervision of the Supply Chain – Product Fulfillment Senior Manager.
• Provides management direction to designated employees under the guidance of the direction of the Supply Chain – Product Fulfillment Senior Manager.
• This position is both an employee manager and infrequent individual contributor

Job Qualifications

• Employee must be able to obtain an order-picker (forklift) certification.
• Must be able to secure a MED badge

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics and inventory management required.
• Demonstrated understanding of logistics and inventory control.
• Demonstrated capability with ERP, inventory planning, and logistics.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.

 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study preferred.
• APICS certification preferred.

Working Conditions

• Requires full time wearing of hair & beard nets and lab coat or coveralls while in the LDC

• Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.
• Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
• Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities.
• Able to lift, move and manipulate up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Regular and on-time attendance.
• Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week.
• Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
