- Provide ongoing customer support and ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate proactively with customers, clients, and internal teams to align on scope, estimates, and project updates
- Project Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate scheduling of work to be done, inspections, and site visits to support project progress
- Enter and maintain accurate job data in the operating system, ensuring project records are complete and current
- Support the Project Manager with project documentation and reporting, including scope confirmation, estimate distribution, Work-In-Progress reports, and PO validation
- Ensure compliance with permitting requirements and local regulations, and support project close-out with final documentation reviews
- Subcontractor & Vendor Management
- Coordinate subcontractor availability and maintain up-to-date records, licensing, and insurance
- Assist with identifying, onboarding, and managing subcontractors
- High school diploma/GED - Associate or Bachelor of Business Administration is preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same time
- A minimum of three years of administrative, project coordination, or construction coordination experience required
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
