Job Description
Our global supplier industrialization group is seeking a Program Manager to support industrialization efforts by leading supplier’s deliverables and results in alignment with our vehicle program management group. Reacting to any contingency and supporting the group delivering high quality products in timely manner.
You Will:
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and navigate through any difficulties that might put program launch on risk.
- Build ETL and KPI dashboards and ensure that visualization provides effective data storytelling that will enable informed executive-level decisions and initiate changes.
- Perform daily data compliance audits, daily follow-up with SIE & other key stakeholders for necessary updates and provide hands-on training and coaching on KPI dashboards.
- Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions.
- Monitor execution on key deadlines to support program launch
- Participate in supplier’s conversations walking through different timelines and identify areas of improvement when needed challenging different processes & timelines
- Have high level of decision making to identify when an issue needs to be escalated or can be managed withing the working group towards a resolution
- Influence cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities to drive impact.
- Be willing and can travel to Lucid Motors manufacturing & support sites globally on short notice for an extended period.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SIE projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes on program management that may impact supplier industrialization.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field.
- 5 - 7 years of automotive program management experience in any of these commodities is desired
- Stamping
- Casting
- Injection molding
- Interiors (Interior cabin, passive safety, seats)
- Exceptional in communication, collaboration, technical writing and presentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a dynamic/start-up environment is a plus.
- Flexibility in work schedule is required (to include evenings and weekends, as needed)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Project. Working knowledge of Smartsheet, SAP, JIRA, Tableau, and any costing software is a plus.
