Entry Level Customer Service Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail customers by answering inquiries about our home improvement services and solutions
• Provide accurate and clear information on products, services, and promotions
• Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience
• Address customer questions and concerns, offering solutions to meet their needs
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet customer service and sales goals

Entry Level Customer Service Consultant Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of home improvement products or a willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
