Job Description
Mirak Auto Group is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our service department, you’ll help ensure every customer has an outstanding experience. If you have a friendly voice, strong phone skills, and a desire to build connections with customers, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound service calls and make outbound calls to confirm appointments.

Schedule service appointments and maintain an accurate service calendar.

Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.

Maintain up-to-date customer records and service appointments in our database.
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and phone etiquette.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.

Experience in automotive or call center environments is a plus.
