Litigation Paralegal

GHJ Search & Staffing has partnered with a successful law practice situated near Downtown LA who is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with extensive experience supporting attorneys through all stages of civil litigation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in organizing and reviewing client documents, redacting privileged materials, and preparing exhibits for court filings. Strong experience in reviewing discovery, summarizing depositions, drafting discovery responses, and analyzing medical and billing records-including page-line summaries-is essential.

Key responsibilities include preparing subpoenas, managing document productions, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires regular communication with attorneys, clients, courts, and external vendors to ensure efficient case management.

While the primary focus will be on litigation matters such as business, employment, and insurance cases, the role may occasionally support non-litigation projects. These may involve document analysis, jurisdictional research, expert background reviews, and creating summary charts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong civil litigation experience with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program required
• Proficiency with e-discovery platform administration experience preferred
• Trial experience required
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Great follow-up and organizational skills
