Job Description

Job Summary/Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating company KPIs into actionable project plans and ensuring their successful execution. You will collaborate closely with PEM managers (your core team), Business Development and R&D to drive projects related to app integration within the VIDAA OS and Fast Channels, as well as other potential projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a fast learner, and adapt at navigating the complexities of a multinational company. Experience as a technical partner engagement manager or understanding of relevant technologies (e.g., HTML5 Video App, Metadata, Ads tech, etc) is a plus.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • KPI Translation and Action Planning:
    • Work closely with Business Development, R&D, and the PEM team to understand and translate company KPIs into concrete project plans and action items.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with strategic goals.
  •  Partner Engagement and Onboarding Assistance:
  • Assist PEM managers in direct communication and collaboration with partners.
  • Support the planning and execution of product onboarding initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and partner satisfaction.
  • Project Tracking and Monitoring:
    • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and track progress against defined milestones.
    • Proactively monitor project performance and identify potential risks or roadblocks.
    • Utilize project management tools to track tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management and Escalation:
    • Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Escalate critical issues and risks to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Generate regular project progress reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication of project updates.
  • Project Execution:
    • Manage the execution of projects related to app integration within the VIDAA OS and Fast Channels.
    • Be ready to manage other projects as needed.
  • Multinational Communication:
    • Effectively communicate and collaborate within a multinational corporate environment.
    • Adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences and cultural contexts..
  • Process Development and Implementation:
    • Develop and establish new project management processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure the consistent application of established processes throughout the organization.
    • Monitor and review process effectiveness and implement adjustments as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager or technical partner engagement manager, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of relevant technologies (e.g., HTML5 Video App, Metadata, Ads tech, etc) is a plus.
  • Fast learning ability.
