Roles & Responsibilities:
Acts as an active member of the management team to support the care management model, standards of pediatric clinical practice, legal and regulatory standards, Code of Ethics and established policies.
Supervises professional, administrative and technical personnel providing care.
Partners with Ambulatory Manager/Director on business and financial operations.
Schedule & Location:
Location: Children's Milwaukee Campus - Onsite
Supporting the Inpatient Physical Therapy Team
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day-Shift); 40% Patient Care & 60% Administrative/Operational Duties
Education, License, Certification:
Graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy; Physical Therapy preferred
Current Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license in the State of Wisconsi; Physical Therapy license preferred
Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
Skills & Experience:
3 years of Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy experience; prior experience in a pediatric setting desirable.
- Experience in Physical Therapy preferred
Previous leadership experience preferred.
