CENCO Claims is seeking a reliable and experienced Daily Property Claims Adjuster to handle residential property claims in the Davenport, IA / Quad Cities area. This is a field-based role offering consistent claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our internal team.
What You'll Do:
Perform on-site inspections to evaluate property damage
Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using Xactimate
Capture thorough photo documentation and write clear reports
Communicate professionally with policyholders and carriers
Submit timely and well-organized claim files
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software
Solid understanding of residential construction and property damage
Strong time management and communication skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Active Iowa adjuster license or designated home state license
