Job Description Summary:
Support analysis for business operations for both ANA and INC. Assist with quarterly forecasts and budgeting process. Responsible for producing various reports for management in regards to revenue streams, department expenses, and overall business objectives. The position reports to the Global Director of Planning, Trials and Innovation and works closely with the Controller, VP of Finance and other business executives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support finance team as a point person for all operational focused initiatives within across departments.
- Maintain internal modeling for quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Conduct Ad Hoc analysis to support strategic direction and business objectives. Report findings to management.
- Analyze company inventories via preparation of monthly journals and report on findings.
- Prepare monthly reports related to feed, raw materials, and other operational focuses.
- Provide yearend audit support for operations.
- Prepare analysis for large capital projects spending.
- Analyze monthly benchmarking activities and investigate/report variances to management.
- Assist in other project-oriented tasks and duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business admin, finance, data analytics or related fields.
- Agriculture knowledge or experience also a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience.
- Capable of analyzing data to reason and reach conclusions with minimum guidance.
- Competent in the application of accounting, finance, auditing, and cost control technologies.
- System requirements include strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and a working knowledge of ERP systems (i.e. Microsoft GP).
- A team player who can relate to people at all levels of the organization and who possesses excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and a positive professional image.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to meet duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision. Dependability, accuracy, and highest integrity are essential.
- Confidentiality required as information handled is proprietary and confidential to the company.
