Job Description
Ann Aaron Contracting & Roofing, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems, maintaining and updating records, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Input data into the company database with speed and accuracy
Maintain and update records as needed
Assist with other administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
