Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting and updating data into the company database.
  • Maintaining data integrity and ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Reviewing and verifying source documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Generating reports and summaries based on collected data as needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies and errors in data.
  • Assisting in data cleansing and data validation processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management preferred.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other data management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
