Job Description
Data Verification Lead
Summary: Advanced position with responsibility for employee training, daily assignments, and monitoring of overall team output. In addition to primary job responsibilities, the Verification Lead will train, mentor, and provide direction to a team of temporary staff during Income Tax Return season.
Primary job responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced 10 key data entry skills to navigate and verify information within an internal program for Income Tax Return images.
- Maintain progress reports for auditing review
- Train and mentor employees and seasonal temporary staff
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Advanced 10 key accuracy and speed
- Proficient experience with MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous experience as a team leader is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
Onsite Work: Monday – Friday
Shifts: 7AM – 3PM or 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
