What You'll Do as a Day Maker:

• Provide outstanding service at the pay station - every interaction is a chance to make a guest's day.
• Promote and sell memberships with integrity. Our focus is on rewarding your efforts, not just closing the sale. The more memberships you sell, the more you can earn with our upcoming commission program - but remember, customer satisfaction always comes first.
• Build positive relationships with guests, making them feel welcome and appreciated.
• Ensure everything at the pay station runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the Bluewave brand.

Compensation:

• $10-12 per hour base pay, plus the opportunity to earn more with our upcoming commission program. The more memberships you sell, the more you can earn - but remember, it's all about helping our guests and keeping our standards high.

• This is a full-time, day-shift position, with 35-40 hours a week.
