How you will make an impact:
As a Sales Director, you will lead the marketing and census management efforts to ensure full occupancy and community engagement. Your responsibilities will include conducting tours, maintaining referral relationships, tracking leads, and supporting prospective residents throughout the move-in process. You will ensure all marketing and admissions activities align with community standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will support residents with resources and services to help them maintain independence, while also managing administrative support tasks and maintaining accurate documentation. Your role is vital to ensuring our residents feel welcome, supported, and engaged.
Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00 pm, with a requirement to work occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed for events.
What you will need:
- High school diploma/GED (required).
- At least 2 years prior experience in a similar position (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required).
- Four-year degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Valid Driver's license (required).
