Job Description
Join the dedicated team at Save More Marketplace as a Stocker and contribute to our mission of providing the best shopping experience for our customers! As a Stocker, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing, helping our valued customers find the products they need. You'll work behind the scenes to receive deliveries, organize products, and maintain inventory levels. This role is essential in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for organization and a commitment to quality, we want you to bring your skills to our community-focused grocery store.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload shipments and stock products on the shelves.
- Organize and maintain product displays to ensure optimal presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage.
- Collaborate with team members to organize the storage area and manage surplus inventory.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions when necessary.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in stocking or inventory management is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
