Job Description
Dixon is seeking a Machine Operator for its Chestertown, MD Dixon Boss team. The role focuses on operating specialized machinery to produce parts, including setting up and loading materials into hydraulic presses, marking devices, and threading equipment. Ideal candidates will have experience assembling hydraulic fittings for agricultural use, but training is available. Responsibilities also include monitoring machine performance, making minor adjustments, performing quality checks, basic troubleshooting, and adhering to safety protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and load material into equipment
- Operate specialized equipment safely, efficiently and precisely
- Monitor machine performance
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency
- Identify and isolate defective parts
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machine issues
- Record production data
- Adhere to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
