Gundersen Health System, becoming Emplify Health, is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) pharmacy technician for our Degen Berglund Pharmacy in La Crosse, WI.
What you'll do:
Enjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
Enter prescription data, calculate dispensing quantities, prepare medication labels and fill prescriptions
Compound non-sterile products and manage inventory needs
Prepare prescriptions for delivery or shipment
Answer the telephone and respond to patient inquiries
Assist with staffing at other Gundersen pharmacy locations as needed
What you'll get:
Hourly wage: $18.31-$26.03 based on experience, plus extra for evening, weekend and holiday shifts!

What you'll need:
High school diploma or equivalency
Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program or at least one year of pharmacy technician experience
Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of WI
Nationally-recognized certification for pharmacy technician credential (CPht or ExCPT) or willingness to become certified within 6 months of hire
