- Exceptional Hospitality Skills: We expect our servers to deliver warm, personalized service that makes every guest feel welcome and valued.
- Knowledge of Wines and Cocktails: A deep understanding of wines and classic cocktails is key to enhancing the guest experience. You’ll need to confidently recommend pairings and provide insightful descriptions.
- Collaboration with Culinary and Beverage Teams: We work as a team to ensure seamless, high-quality service. You’ll collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar to create a cohesive dining experience for our guests.
- Commitment to Cleanliness and Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, while adhering to food safety standards, is essential.
- Delivering Memorable Experiences: Your goal is to go above and beyond to create dining experiences that guests will remember and want to return for.
- 2+ Years of Serving Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant serving role is essential, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Wine and Cocktail Knowledge: You should have a solid foundation in wine and classic cocktails, with a willingness to continue learning.
- Culinary Acumen: You’ll need to study and understand our menus and specials in order to make informed recommendations.
- Friendly and Passionate: A genuine love for taking care of people and a positive, friendly demeanor are must-haves.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. We look for servers who are open to feedback and eager to learn new skills and techniques.
