What You'll Be Doing
- Support tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP
- Work with internal teams to integrate tax considerations into broader accounting and advisory engagements
- Research tax laws and provide insights to support client needs
- Engage directly with clients and team members to gather financial data, resolve questions, and strengthen processes
- Gain exposure to a variety of industries and client challenges while building a strong foundation in tax and accounting advisory services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience or accounting internships within public accounting
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (a plus) and CCH (a plus)
- CPA track a plus
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Self-starter mentality; ability to manage daily activity
- Strategic mindset with great attention to detail
- Confidence working with clients and team members alike
- A drive to grow, lead, and make an impact
