In addition to an array of therapies in both outpatient and in-home settings, we provide quality home healthcare and support services to our clients and their families. We are looking for a skilled, sympathetic SLP to provide quality care for our clients!
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) work to prevent, diagnose, assess and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. SLPs perform screenings, assess patient condition, as well as design and implement treatment plans in support of client goals. Pediatric or adult clients may be served via telemedicine, outpatient clinic, community, or home settings. SLPs also work collaboratively as part of a team with professionals from many other disciplines as well as support staff.
Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care while ensuring clinical excellence and outstanding patient outcomes
  • Encourage and participate in the development of continued referral sources for NTSOC.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures in all matters of documentation, supervision, and billings. Participates in audits for speech-language pathologist and shares information from the audits.
  • Fulfilling all job requirements outlined in the Speech-Language Pathologists Job Description as a practicing clinician.
  • Provide supervision for clinical fellows, students and/or volunteers when qualified.
  • Support director of rehabilitation in public speaking or community education programs that focus on issues relating to therapy in children/adolescents.
  • Promoting knowledge of innovation in the field of speech-language pathology by keeping advised of new medical research and treatment modalities and inspiring others to do the same.
  • Ensuring that the highest quality of provision of speech-language pathology services is provided to the clients of NTSOC
Minimum Experience: New Grads welcome for CFY
Licenses/Registrations:
Current license or eligibility for license to practice speech-language pathology by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA).
Current CPR certification.
Current auto liability insurance in accordance with Agency policy.
