Key Responsibilities:
Purchase and track materials for production
Monitor order status and report shortages/backlogs
Schedule and coordinate incoming parts and goods
Manage inventory storage, dispatch, and distribution
Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Assist with office supplies and equipment management
Support cost tracking and expense reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Industrial Tech preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
SAP experience a plus
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to prioritize and work within a team
