Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Mental Health Practice

Location: Tustin, California 

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

As an LCSW in our practice, you’ll work with diverse clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, grief, and chronic stress. You’ll help them heal and grow through high-quality therapeutic care in an environment where your expertise is respected and your work is sustainable.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducting biopsychosocial assessments and creating client-centered treatment plans
  • Providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists, peer specialists, and other team members for integrated care
  • Supporting clients through complex life transitions, systemic stressors, and social inequities
  • Maintaining timely documentation through our streamlined EHR platform
  • Participating in optional peer consultation groups, CE opportunities, and clinical trainings

Requirements

  • Active LCSW license in California (Associate Social Workers are welcome to apply for supervised roles)
  • Strong foundation in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or relational therapy
  • Commitment to social justice, inclusion, and culturally competent care
  • Experience in outpatient mental health, community-based settings, or teletherapy preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness
  • Have experience with high-acuity clients, teens, or underserved communities
  • Have an interest in clinical supervision, program development, or team leadership
